Thank you to Yanika Portillo for making me feel so comfortable and answering all my questions in detail as I am looking into relocating which is a big step for me and her taking her time to dive into detail about the amenities the location offers made me feel more at ease. Yanika and Grecia provided a comfortable atmoshpere and didn't feel like I was being judged for all the questions I was asking. I will recommend this complex to anyone I know that lives in Arizona. I had the luxury of moving in over the course of a couple of weeks. I love my hot water, super hot. I requested from maintenance that they turn the hot water up one notch. The next time that I went into my apartment, there was a note from Noor that he had been there and taken care of the hot water. Less than 12 hours from request!!! I appreciate a fast response. My last place ignored most maintenance requests and ignored that my hot water was intermittent. Thanks Noor!

Yanika and her team truly walk the talk. The customer service they extended my son and I made me want to sign a lease that day despite not having my desired apartment available. I couldn't have picked a better place. The office staff is so welcoming. From start to finish I have had nothing but a pleasant experience. Yanika and Grecia are quick to answer questions and the complex is always clean! The place is brand new so love my apartment no bugs, no rif raf, and its a pretty chill vibe overall .. my neighbors are chill.

This place is so beautiful. Im so excited to move in. The girls in the office are so nice. The office was crazy busy and I had to wait to tour, but it gave me a chance to see how the management treats people. They were so welcoming, I rented honestly based on the interaction I seen while waiting even between maintenance when they came in I was greeted too.

I have lived here for about 8months. I like the location and it close to work. We got a new team in the office and they are always super friendly and in a good mood. I never feel like Im bothering them like my old place. Yanika is always asking how everything is in my apartment and you can tell she genuinely cares when she asking. There was in issue with my account when the new management took over but Grecia was great and quick to get it fixed. My only feedback would be its not easy to get ahold of them on the phone the office is always busy.. it rings like 2 times and your hit with voice-mail.

I have 2 months living here at Parc Tolleson and may I say, BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! From the very beginning, thanks to Yasmín Mendoza at the front office!!! To the very day we moved in, everything has been amazing!! I remember I was so stressed to find a new place since I was in a time crunch, ( at the time I was living at Del Mar Apartments and that was A NIGHTMARE) but I was lucky to stumble upon these cute new builds that was Parc Tolleson. Upon meeting Yasmin she immediately made me feel that connection, communication, and comfort that I was honestly not expecting! (Because I had had such a horrible experience with Del Mar). I explained my situation with Yasmín and boy, did she deliver! She absolutely went above and beyond for us! She made the process of getting an available complex within days!! (I really hope you guys GIVE HER A RAISE!!!) she is amazing!! I can’t stress how important it is to have a front office that actually listens and communicates with you!! Hands down best decision I’ve made!! Moving here is so relaxing and honestly fun!! From a beautiful clean pool! To a 24/7 gym that stays clean to being able to grill and interact with the other people that live here! 10/ 10 would RECOMMEND coming here if you are looking for a place to live!! You will not be disappointed!!

I just relocated for my job and had to move everything across the country. I had a week in January to tour potential locations and PARC Tolleson was the ONLY listing that reached back out to me for a tour the same day. Everywhere else I either didn’t receive a response or it took them 2-3 days to reach back out. Maybe it’s just me but a quick response time from a property manager is essential!! I was able to schedule a tour the same day and the place really is immaculate. It’s still in the process of being built but I have never had an issue with the construction thus far. All of the amenities can’t be beat. It really is a luxury feel with a reasonable price tag. I can genuinely say I have found no cons by picking this location over any of the other available options. Yasmin and Amanda have been so awesome and professional and helpful and you can really tell that they genuinely care about the residents and the property. I even asked about increasing the water temperature for my unit one morning before I went grocery shopping, they had already sent someone by to adjust it by the time I had gotten home. I have NEVER had such great response time from a rental property. 10/10!!

Yasmine has been the best help that anyone could possibly be especially compared to my first apartment search. She hit every nail on the head needed to convince me, and here we are!
