Management and Maintenance
I couldn't have picked a better place. The office staff is so welcoming. From start to finish I have had nothing but a pleasant experience. Yanika and Grecia are quick to answer questions and the complex is always clean! The place is brand new so love my apartment no bugs, no rif raf, and its a pretty chill vibe overall .. my neighbors are chill.

I would like to start off and say how much i really like this place and the atmosphere. I’m happy to call this my new home. Mimi was very helpful with the whole process from the tour, to the application and the whole moving in process. The maintenance crew are very kind. VERY RECOMMENDED !

i went in two weeks ago for a tour the ladies in the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. When i asked about availability for move in they broke it down and cant wait to move in. Thank you to all the staff for helping my family and I find our new home. I would absolutely recommend to friends and family

This place is so beautiful. Im so excited to move in. The girls in the office are so nice. The office was crazy busy and I had to wait to tour, but it gave me a chance to see how the management treats people. They were so welcoming, I rented honestly based on the interaction I seen while waiting even between maintenance when they came in I was greeted too.

I have lived here for about 8months. I like the location and it close to work. We got a new team in the office and they are always super friendly and in a good mood. I never feel like Im bothering them like my old place. Yanika is always asking how everything is in my apartment and you can tell she genuinely cares when she asking. There was in issue with my account when the new management took over but Grecia was great and quick to get it fixed. My only feedback would be its not easy to get ahold of them on the phone the office is always busy.. it rings like 2 times and your hit with voice-mail.
