I've been living here for almost 3 months now and things are great. The office staff and maintenance guys are friendly and quick to respond to service requests.

One of the best places to live in the Valley. My puppy always enjoys the dog park and sometimes the area before the dog park :)

Yasmin Mendoza was absolutely great! She took her time to walk me through all my options when it came to picking a unit. I asked 101 questions and she didn’t even flinch. I’m truly impressed with the agents and the complex itself, not many locations can say they have quality staff and amenities. Thank you Yasmin :)

Yasmine is an excellent leasing agent! From the first phone call to move in she was helpful. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are the nicest in the west valley!

I have to start off by saying me, and my wife have passed this establishment every day from when it was dirt to frames to now such a beautiful apartment complex. Yasmine has been the best help that anyone could possibly be especially compared to my first apartment search. She hit every nail on the head needed to convince me, and here we are! Looking forward to being a resident!
